Once we receive all information from you, your order will be processed and shipped within one day.
Multiple items orders will be shipped in one package. Any delay while we wait for the information will be applied to the entire order.
Saturdays, Sundays, and public Bank Holidays do not count as working days.
zstore.co.uk is not responsible for delays in delivery after orders have been dispatched. Royal Mail 2nd class service or my Hermes courier are used to dispatch orders. zstore.co.uk will provide you with a tracking number if my Hermes is used. Tracking updates and inquiries must be requested directly from my Hermes. They will not be provided to you by zstore.co.uk. More info
Return & Refund
We want all of our customers to be completely happy with their purchase and we work hard to ensure all products are of the highest quality and delivered on time..
If, for whatever reason, you change your mind on your order, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item. In the email, please include your order number as well as the reason for returning it.
These items are exempted from refund:
Personalized / Made-to-Order products
Returns of items not in original packaging are not accepted
Customer is responsible for all postage costs for a return. It is recommended that you use tracked or recorded services and get proof of delivery. The original payment method will be used to refund. It can take up to 3-4 working days for this process. You will not receive a refund for postage.
