If, for whatever reason, you change your mind on your order, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item. In the email, please include your order number as well as the reason for returning it.
These items are exempted from refund:
Personalised / Made-to-Order products
Returns of items not in original packaging are not accepted
Customer is responsible for all postage costs for a return. It is recommended that you use tracked or recorded services and get proof of delivery. The original payment method will be used to refund. It can take up to 3-4 working days for this process. You will not receive a refund for postage.
Once your refund is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.
FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item has been delivered to you and is faulty, damaged, is the wrong colour or has been spelt incorrectly* then please email [email protected] with a photo of the damage or spelling error within 30 days of receiving your items and we will send you a replacement. In the email, please include your order number.
We will only replace an incorrect colour or incorrectly spelled item if we are responsible. However, we will not replace or take responsibility for any items where spelling errors occur due to customer error (e.g. mistyping or incorrect personalization details). You selected a different colour than the one you wanted.
WEAR & TEAR
Our Flashcards, Potty & Toilet Training Charts and our Early Years Learning Products are intended for use under adult supervision in a pedagogical setting. However, we understand that children can sometimes be a bit heavy handed and some wear and tear is to be expected.
We only offer exchanges on faulty or damaged items.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Before you checkout, please ensure that you have chosen the correct product variations.
