Once we receive all information from you, your order will be processed and shipped within one day.

Multiple items orders will be shipped in one package. Any delay while we wait for the information will be applied to the entire order.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public Bank Holidays do not count as working days.

zstore.co.uk is not responsible for delays in delivery after orders have been dispatched. Royal Mail 2nd class service or myHermes courier are used to dispatch orders. zstore.co.uk will provide you with a tracking number if myHermes is used. Tracking updates and inquiries must be requested directly from myHermes. They will not be provided to you by zstore.co.uk.

SPLIT DELIVERY:

Occasionally from time to time we may split your order up into multiple deliveries. If we do this, we will notify you in advance. Any additional postage costs as a result of split delivery will be met by zstore.co.uk.
